200 Pumpkins is only half

Last weekend we went to Pescadero to help transport a bunch of pumpkins for the first graders and kinders at Rachel's schoool. We loaded 400+ pumpkins. That is a lot of pumpkins. Setting them up at the school at 6am before school started was the tougher part but I just went back to bed when we were done.

Soccer Star

Rachel really shined at her last soccer game. Her first time as a forward she scored 2 goals! The last picture was her first goal. It was so exciting. Oops, I mean you are not supposed to keep score.

Mid Week Beach Day

On a Wednesday, Lauren and I went with her friend Sofie and Sofie's Mom to the beach. It was a beautiful, perfect day. I remembered sunscreen for Lauren but forgot mine. Had to go back to work on Thursday with the sun burn around the sunglasses look.

Treasures from the Past

While cleaning up the garage, we found a box of Alex's childhood toys and treasures including a football helmet and wooden gun.

Scoop Night

Here we are at a fundraiser for our elementary and middle schools. We usually only have dessert on Weds and Sats so this was a special Monday treat. While we were in the longish line, Baskin Robbins gave away free samples of soft serve as well.
