Deja vu from Jun 2006

So JNJ is shutting down ALZA and the Mountain View site = 100% layoffs.
Although there is no avoiding it this time, I do have the last of the staggered termination dates: Dec. 26, 2008. The mood is sad at work. After 14 years it will be so strange to go to work somewhere other than ALZA.
